Golden freddi
repress now in stock at rush hour .nl http://www.rushhour.nl/store_detailed.php?item=85506
Went to their website and it's out of stock already
Sounds amazing, but a single disc 33RPM pressing would have been ideal. Flipping sides every 8-9 minutes is a bit much! Keep the 2x45RPM for a deluxe edition.
The original version was also pressed on a 2x12inch format, so I am very happy the label decided to stick to the artists‘ original vision and concept for this album.
the bass on C2 is to die for. Fantastic pressing
Audio quality is amazing, dont know why everyone is making a big deal about this being an amazing reissue tho, doesnt not even include any literature about the release or the people involved, how it came to be etc. Incredible album but the label could have done some research or an interview, dug up some archival photos, anything to make it special. Very happy nonetheless that this amazing record is back out there in some form!
Shisen is so beautiful, I can't describe, it's like walking for so long, from India to Japan, such a long and delightful journey ..!
so happy to have ordered it! joy!!

Repress is long gone for all practical purposes: watch the price ramp up.
Glad to hear that is the case. I was perhaps more ruminating upon how quickly an alleged run of 1K copies would be snapped up by what is clearly a very solid demand. I found an opportunity to purchase one several weeks ago and took it. I hope that it reaches as many new ears as possible: it is truly a unique work.
more copies on the way
Beautiful repress. Amazing attention to detail - audio and visuals. Bought mine at the new Commend store (run by RVNG) on Forsyth Street in NYC.
Pre-ordered mine in Germany. Can't wait for the arrival.
1000 copies only ...
More copies should be coming soon.
I am sure it will.
934 'Want' the original on discogs, plus 150+ people 'Want' the repress … and that's just those who can be bothered to sign up on discogs. Pretty sure this will sell out immediately.
Only! :-D
